This website is operated by Gift Me Box. By purchasing from Gift Me Box you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement.

Gift Me Box’s terms and conditions may be changed or amended at any time and it is your responsibility as a customer to read our terms and conditions so that you are aware of your rights and responsibilities. Our terms and conditions apply to all users of the site.

The information that Gift Me Box collects from their customers is strictly confidential. Please view our Privacy Policy for further information.

Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the service and shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification of price change, suspension or discontinuance of the service.

All of our Suppliers gift tags remain on every product to ensure safety for you. Please ensure that all instruction are read carefully before use.

Cancellation of orders must be made 48 hours prior to delivery. If a gift has already been dispatched by us, we will not accept a cancellation under any circumstances.

Some products are photographed with additional props. Unless something is listed in the product description it is not included. Should we not have one, or part of the requested gift box item available, we reserve the right to substitute that product, however guarantee the replacement item will be to equal or greater value than the original item.

DELIVERY INFORMATION / TIME FRAMES-
The price stated for each gift does not include delivery. This is a separate charge which is selected at the checkout.
Orders will not be dispatched by Gift Me Box until payment has been made. Please allow 2 days.

Outside Perth Metropolitan Area/Interstate orders – 5-12 business days (may vary at peak times)
International orders -please contact us directly so that we can discuss the quickest way to get your gift box to you.
Gift Me Box uses Australia Post and Courier to get our gift boxes to you.

Gift Me Box will make every effort to have your gift box delivered on your preferred date or within the estimated delivery timeframes. However, Gift Me Box does not accept responsibility for and is not liable for any delivery delays. A late delivery or delivery not on your preferred date does not entitle you to a refund of the delivery fee.

When purchasing from Gift Me Box it is your responsibility to make sure all address details and contact information entered is correct. If an order needs to be redelivered as a result of an incorrect address any additional delivery charge will be passed on to the customer. Unless stated otherwise, all deliveries have Authority To Leave. Our delivery drivers will do their best to leave your gift box out of street view & heat / rain.

If an order is returned to us for any reason, an additional delivery fee will be payable by the customer.

Damaged Products/ Returns
All our products and gift boxes are quality inspected and packed carefully, so damages are rare. However occasionally damages occur during transit that are beyond our control. If your gift box arrives damaged, please return it to us at Gift Me Box and we will send you a replacement. If we do not have an exact replacement you will be able to choose between a full refund or a credit towards another gift box.
