Released for the first time at the end of 2008, this sweet and luscious Muscadelle wine sits comfortably in the range between our dessert and fortified styles. Served over crushed ice as a summer delight, it’s far too easy drinking. No oak treatment for this Muscadelle varietal resulting in a very light easy drinking fortified wine, that also pairs well with desserts.
Colour: Deep amber hues.
Nose: Dried apricots, marmalade, butterscotch.
Palate: Strong honey and soft stone-fruit flavours lead into a smooth and warm lingering finish.
Residual Sugar: 120+g per litre

Olive Farm was established in 1829 by Thomas Waters, a UK Botanist. He was given a portion of land in South Guildford off the Swan River. Ivan Yurisich migrated from Yugoslavia and purchased the property off the Waters Family in 1933. Olive Farm moved to their new premises in 2006 and the Cheese Barrel was built in 2012 as a space to enjoy Olive Farm Wines. The business is completely WA family owned and operated.
